Ingredients
- 29 ounces Eden Garbanzo Beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Eden Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Eden Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp Eden Ground Chili Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Eden Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Eden Garlic Powder
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°. Place chickpeas on a paper towel lined tray and pat dry to remove water from rinsing. Pick out and discard any loose bean skins. When dry, place the chickpeas in mixing bowl and add the olive oil, salt and spices. Mix well. Bake 35 minutes, mixing a couple times during baking to even bake. When done, sprinkle with lemon juice, mix, and bake another 10 or until golden brown and crunchy. Place in a bowl.
