Preheat oven to 400°. Place the chickpeas on a paper towel lined tray and pat dry to remove water from rinsing. Pick out and discard any loose bean skins. When dry, place the chickpeas in a mixing bowl and add the olive oil, salt and spices. Mix well and bake about 35 minutes, mixing a couple times during baking to evenly bake. When done. sprinkle with lemon juice, mix, and bake another 10 or until golden brown and crunchy. Remove and place in a bowl.
