• 29 oz Eden Garbanzo Beans, rinsed and drained
• 2 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 tsp Eden Cumin
• 1/2 tsp Eden Sea Salt
• 1/2 tsp Eden Ground Chili Pepper
• 1/2 tsp Eden Cayenne Pepper
• 1/2 tsp Eden Garlic Powder
• 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
Preheat oven to 400°. After rinsing chickpeas, put them on a paper towel lined tray and pat dry. Discard loose bean skins. When dry, place chickpeas in mixing bowl, add olive oil, salt and spices. Mix well. Bake 35 minutes, mixing a couple times during baking for an even bake. When done, sprinkle with lemon juice, mix, and bake 10 minutes or until golden brown and crunchy. Use as a finger food or garnish.
