- 1/3 cup Eden Dried Daikon Radish, rinsed
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp organic maple syrup
Place all ingredients in a sauce pan, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain and squeeze the daikon to remove excess liquid and sodium. It is now ready to use in making rice, noodle or vegetable sushi.
