Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Vanilla Edensoy, or Extra Vanilla
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
    or strawberries
  • 2 medium bananas, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp organic flax seed, or 1 tsp flax oil
  • 1 tsp organic maple syrup

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses. Sprinkle a few flax seeds on top and serve with fruit pieces.
