- 5 ounces raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 large banana, sliced
- 2 cups Edensoy Vanilla, or Extra Vanilla
- 1 to 2 tsp organic maple syrup, optional
Place the banana into a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Add the strawberries and soymilk. Puree until smooth and creamy. Pour equal amounts into 4 ounce paper cups or freeze pop containers. Place cups on a tray, and freeze until half frozen. Insert a wooden stick into the center of each cup. (Approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour). If the stick falls over, it is not quite ready to insert the stick. After inserting the sticks, freeze again until solid. Total freezing time 2 hours. Remove the freeze pop, and enjoy!
Other fruits such as apples, oranges, peaches and berries can be used to create a variety of different flavored freeze pops.
