Ingredients
- 5 oz raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 large banana, sliced
- 2 cups Vanilla Edensoy, or Extra Vanilla
- 1 to 2 tsp organic maple syrup, optional
Directions
Place banana, strawberries and soymilk in a blender or food processor and puree until very smooth and creamy. Pour equal amounts into 4 oz paper cups or freeze pop mold. Place cups on a tray, and freeze until half frozen, about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Insert a wooden popsicle stick into the center of each cup. If the stick falls over, it is not quite ready to insert the stick. After inserting sticks, freeze again until solid. Total freezing time 2 hours. Remove the freeze pop, and enjoy!
Peeled apples, oranges, peaches and berries can be used to create a variety of different flavored freeze pops.
