Ingredients
- 2 cups Eden Oat Flakes
any Eden Whole Grain Flakes, or organic rolled oats - 1/2 cup Eden Barley Malt Syrup
- 1/3 cup organic almond butter
- 1/2 tsp Eden Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla
- 1/2 cup Eden Tamari Roasted Almonds, coarsely chopped
or unsalted, organic Eden Dry Roasted Almonds
Directions
Place ingredients in a mixing bowl. Lightly moisten hands to prevent sticking and thoroughly mix all ingredients. Form into equal sized balls or bars. No need to bake! Serve and enjoy!
Walnuts, Pecans, Hazelnuts, or any other nuts can be substituted or combined in this recipe.
