- 1 1/2 Tbsp Eden Brown Mustard
- 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp minced shallots
- 1 tsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce, optional
- 2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
- 1 tsp organic maple syrup
