Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Eden Barley Malt Syrup
- 1/4 cup organic maple syrup
- 3 Tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
or Eden Black Sesame Oil - 2 Tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Eden Hot Crushed Chili Pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, very finely minced or grated
- 1 Tbsp red onion, finely minced
- 2 Tbsp water
Directions
Place all ingredients in a glass jar and secure the lid. Shake well to mix. Spoon over vegetable or pasta and vegetable salads and toss in a few roasted, unsalted peanuts if desired.
