Apple Cider Vinegar Hair Rinse

Cleans the hair and scalp, adds luster, and leaves it smooth and silky. Helpful in treating dandruff. Try 1 or 2 times per week. Traditionally used to restore luster to dull looking hair.

Applied externally cider vinegar has traditionally been used to treat bee stings, insect bites, athlete's foot, dandruff, and acne, to soften dry skin, strengthen finger and toe nails. It is also used liberally to massage sore muscles and can be used to prevent or soothe sunburns.

After washing your hair, mix the apple cider vinegar and water. Pour it on your head and massage into the hair and scalp with your fingers. Rinse with warm water to remove.
