Place water and sea salt in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Whisk in the polenta and bring to a boil. Reduce the flame to medium-low, stir in the corn, cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from the flame. Lightly oil a 8" pie plate or baking dish and evenly spread the polenta in it. Pour the chili evenly over the polenta, cover and bake at 400° for 10 to 15 minutes or until hot.
