Place water and sea salt in saucepan and bring to a boil. Whisk in polenta and bring to a boil again. Reduce heat to medium-low, stir in corn, cover, and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Lightly oil an 8" pie plate or baking dish and evenly spread polenta. Pour the chili evenly over polenta, cover, and bake at 400° for 10 to 15 minutes or until hot.
