Spaghetti with Hot Pepper Peanut Sauce

Spaghetti with Hot Pepper Peanut Sauce


  • 14 ounces any Eden Kamut Spaghetti, or Spelt Spaghetti
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, seeded, sliced thin
  • 1 medium onion, cut in half, sliced
  • 1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets, peel stems and slice thin
Spicy Peanut Sauce


Cook pasta per box directions for 9 minutes. Add the onions, pepper strips, and broccoli and cook 2 to 3 minutes. Do not over cook. While the pasta is cooking, place all ingredients for the peanut sauce in a medium mixing bowl and whisk until smooth. When the pasta and vegetables are done, drain, and place the hot pasta in the mixing bowl. Gently toss until the pasta and vegetables are evenly coated with sauce. Serve.
