Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed
- 3 Tbsp organic unbleached white flour
- 2 cups Unsweetened Edensoy
- 1 cup cold water
- 1/4 tsp Eden Sea Salt
- 3 Tbsp Eden Shiro Miso, pureed in 1 Tbsp. water
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
- 1/8 tsp Eden Black Pepper
Directions
Heat oil in a skillet, add garlic and sauté 1 minute. Add flour, stir constantly for several seconds. Reduce heat to low. Combine Edensoy and water, and slowly add, stirring constantly with a whisk until sauce thickens, about 5 to 7 minutes. Add salt and pureed miso, stir and cook 2 to 3 minutes. Add parsley and black pepper, mix and serve over any Eden Pasta or vegetables.
