- 15 ounces Eden Aduki Beans, 1 can, do not drain
- 1/4 cup Eden Pickled Ginger Slices, drained
- 1 Tbsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup scallions, finely chopped
Combine ingredients in blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Serve with raw or lightly steamed vegetables and/or chips.
To make thick sandwich spread, drain the beans and follow instructions above.
