Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups Eden Kamut Wheat Flour, or Soft White Pastry Wheat Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp non-aluminum baking powder
- 1 pinch Eden Sea Salt
- 2/3 cup Vanilla Edensoy
- 1/3 cup organic maple syrup
- 2 cups fresh berries, or any sliced fresh fruit
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix flour, baking soda and salt. Blend in Edensoy and maple syrup. Pour batter into a tart baking dish and top with your favorite berries or fruit. Bake for about 40 minutes or till done.
