Zesty Salsa with Mexican Black Beans

Ingredients

  • 14 ounces Eden Crushed Tomatoes with Onion, Garlic & Basil
  • 15 ounces Eden Black Beans, 1 can drained
    or cooked Eden Dry Black Beans
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
    or fresh parsley
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 2 tsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 tsp jalapeno, finely minced
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 1/4 tsp Eden Sea Salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients and serve with organic corn chips or tortillas.
