Ingredients
- 15 ounces Eden Black Beans, drained, reserve liquid
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp Eden Sea Salt, or to taste
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 cup EDEN Black Sesame Butter, or Roasted Sesame Tahini
- 3 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice, or lime juice
- 2 Tbsp diced roasted red peppers, for garnish
- 1 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced
Directions
Place beans, garlic, sea salt, cumin, tahini and lemon or lime juice in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Add a small amount of bean cooking liquid (about 1/4 cup) for desired texture. Place in a serving dish and garnish with roasted red peppers and parsley. Serve with organic corn chips or warm pita bread slices.
