- 1 piece Eden Pickled Daikon Radish, 5 to 6 inches long, rinsed and sliced thin
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup Eden Apple Juice
- 2 Tbsp Eden Barley Malt Syrup, organic maple syrup, or a combination of
- 1 Tbsp Eden Brown Rice Vinegar
Combine water, apple juice, barley malt and vinegar together. Stir to thoroughly mix. Place the pickle slices in a small bowl or jar. Pour the liquid over. Cover with cheesecloth or a thin towel. Place on the counter and allow to soak for 1 hour. Remove the slices and eat as is together with cooked organic grains, or as a filling for rice, vegetable or noodle sushi.
