Roasted Red Pepper, Olive & Garlic Bread

Roasted Red Pepper, Olive & Garlic Bread


  • 1 loaf French or Italian bread, sliced in half lengthwise
  • 1/2 cup oil or water-packed roasted red peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pitted black or Kalamata olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup red onions, sliced into very thin rings
  • 1 tsp Eden Dried Basil
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely minced


Preheat the oven to 350°. Place equal amounts of peppers, olives, onions, basil and garlic on top of each length of bread. Drizzle the olive oil equally over the vegetables. Place bread on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes or until crisp and golden. Be careful not to burn the bread. Slice and serve.
