Miso Soup - One Cup


  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 sheet Eden Sushi Nori, tear or cut into thin pieces
    , or 2 Tbs. Eden Nori Krinkles, or 5 strips Eden Spicy Nori Strips, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup scallions, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp organic tofu, cubed
  • 1 to 1 1/2 tsp Eden Genmai Miso, or to taste
    or any Eden Miso


Place water in a saucepan, cover and bring to a boil. Remove cover and turn flame to low. Puree the miso with 2 teaspoons of broth. Add pureed miso, nori, scallions and tofu. Do not cover. Simmer 2 minutes and serve.

Eden Shiro, Mugi or Hacho Miso may be substituted for Genmai.
