Place water in a saucepan, cover and bring to a boil. Remove cover and turn flame to low. Puree the miso with 2 teaspoons of broth. Add pureed miso, nori, scallions and tofu. Do not cover. Simmer 2 minutes and serve.
Eden Mugi, Shiro, Genmai or Hacho Miso may be substituted for Barley & Brown Rice Miso.
