Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1/2 cup carrots, grated
- 1/2 cup button mushrooms, diced
- 25 Eden Crushed Tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp Eden Barley Malt Syrup, or organic maple syrup, optional
- 1 Tbsp Eden Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp fresh oregano, minced
or fresh basil, or 1 teaspoon Eden Dried Basil
Directions
Heat oil, sauté onions and garlic until translucent. Add carrots and mushrooms. Sauté for 2 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes or until desired thickness.
