Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 tsp Eden Barley & Brown Rice Miso, Mugi or Genmai Miso
- 1/2 tsp Eden Wakame Flakes
- 1 Tbsp scallions, finely chopped
Directions
Place water and wakame in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the flame to low. Puree the miso with 2 teaspoons water. Add the miso and scallions. Simmer 2 minutes, and serve.
Any Eden Miso can be substituted for Genmai Miso.
