Place the water and apple juice in a tea pot and bring to a boil. Place the loose tea directly into the pot or in a tea ball. Simmer on low for 3 to 5 minutes. If directly adding the twigs to the pot, strain through a tea strainer when serving. Delicious served hot or chilled.
