Place all ingredients, except the kuzu, in a saucepan, cover and bring to a boil. Reduce the flame and simmer for 15 minutes. Slowly add the diluted kuzu, stirring constantly until thick. Place in a serving bowl and chill in the freezer before serving.
Note: For a sweeter flavor, add 1 or 2 tablespoons of organic pure maple syrup.
