Place potatoes in a large pot, cover with cold water and add a pinch of sea salt. Cover, bring to a boil and simmer until tender. Drain water from potatoes. Heat oil in a skillet and sauté garlic for 1 to 2 minutes. Add to the potatoes. Place the remaining sea salt and Edensoy in the pot. Mash with a potato masher or whip with a mixer to desired consistency. Top with Eden Dulse Flakes and enjoy.
