- 5 cups water
- 2 Tbsp Eden Kukicha Twig Tea, loose tea
Place the water in a tea pot and bring to a boil. Place the twigs directly in the pot or in a tea ball. Reduce the flame to low and simmer for 3 to 5. If directly adding the tea to the pot, strain through a tea strainer when serving. Serve as is, with any Edensoy, Eden Barley Malt Syrup, pure maple syrup or your favorite slice of citrus.
The twigs can be left in the pot and used once more for a slightly weaker tea. For a stronger flavor, simply add 1 teaspoon of fresh twigs.
