Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 medium onion, diced
- .88 ounces Eden Maitake Mushrooms, 1 package, soaked in hot water to cover, reserve soaking water
- 2 cups sliced button mushrooms
- 25 ounces Eden Spaghetti Sauce, 1 jar
Eden Spaghetti Sauce - No Salt - 14 ounces Eden Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 cup reserved mushroom soaking water
- 2 tsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce, optional
- 1/2 tsp Eden Dried Basil
Directions
Heat the oil in a medium sauce pan and sauté the onions for 1 to 2 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients except the shoyu. Cover and simmer 20 to 30 minutes. Add shoyu and simmer 5 minutes.
Serve over any Eden Pasta.
