Cook pasta as package directs, rinse, drain and set aside. Heat oil in a soup pot, sauté onions and garlic. Add celery, carrots, potato and water. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce flame and simmer until vegetables are tender. Add pasta, shoyu, tomatoes, beans and pizza pasta sauce. Reduce flame to low and simmer 5 minutes. Serve.
