Cook pasta as package directs, rinse, drain and set aside. Heat oil in a soup pot, sauté onions and garlic. Add celery, carrots, potatoes and water. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender. Add pasta, shoyu, tomatoes, beans, pizza pasta sauce, tomato paste, green beans and peas. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 10 minutes. Serve.
