Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan over high heat. Do not cover. Stir constantly to prevent lumping. Bring almost to a boil. Reduce the flame to low and simmer until thick. When thick, remove from the heat and place in individual dessert cups. Garnish with fresh fruit and grated unsweetened chocolate if desired.
