Ingredients
- 15 ounces Eden Black Beans, 1 can drained
or cooked Eden Dry Black Beans - 15 ounces diced tomatoes w/chili peppers, 1 can drained
- 1/2 cup red onion, minced
- 2 Tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 tsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp fresh cilantro, minced
or 1/4 teaspoon dried cilantro - 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp Eden Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp jalapeño, minced
- 1/8 tsp Eden Coriander
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Mix and add extra shoyu, if desired. Serve with organic corn chips.
