Ingredients
- 2 tsp Eden Genmai Miso
- 1 tsp Eden Shiro Miso
- 1/4 cup EDEN Roasted Sesame Tahini
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced
- 1 Tbsp scallions, chopped
- 1 tsp Eden Brown Mustard
- 1 tsp Eden Brown Rice Vinegar
- 2" piece fresh ginger root, finely grated
Directions
Using the hands, squeeze the juice from the grated ginger root into the blender. Discard pulp. Place all remaining ingredients in the blender, and purée until smooth and creamy. Pour into a serving bowl or refrigerate in a glass container.
