Ingredients
- 15 ounce Eden Aduki Beans, drained, reserve liquid
- 2 Tbsp organic Thompson seedless raisins
- 1 Tbsp organic maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp Eden Sea Salt
Directions
Place bean cooking liquid in a small saucepan, add raisins and bring to a boil. Simmer on low until raisins are tender. Add beans and sea salt, mix and simmer until most of the liquid evaporates. Remove and place the beans in a food processor or blender. Blend until a smooth, creamy paste. The bean paste is now ready for making Steamed Red Bean Buns or serve with Eden Mochi.
