Mochi Sesame Garlic Pizza Puffs

Preheat oven to 400°. Slice each piece of mochi in four and place on baking sheet. Bake the mochi for 8 minutes, or until it puffs up.

Dip each piece of mochi in olive oil to coat, roll in gomasio, and dip in pizza pasta sauce.

Yields: 12 pieces; 4 pieces per person
