Ingredients
- 29 ounces Eden Garbanzo Beans, drain and reserve 5 Tbsp. bean cooking liquid (aquafaba)
- 1/4 cup Eden Roasted Sesame Tahini
- 5 Tbsp aquafaba, (reserved Garbanzo Bean cooking liquid)
- 1/4 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp minced parsley
- 3/4 tsp Eden Sea Salt
- 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives, chopped
Directions
Place all ingredients, except the olives, in a food processor or blender and process until smooth and creamy, about 5 minutes or so. Add the olives and process another few seconds. Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, more chopped olives, a sprinkle of parsley and smoked paprika, if desired.
