Ingredients
- 1 cup Eden Oat Flakes
- 2 cups Vanilla Edensoy
or Unsweetened Edensoy - 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 Tbsp organic maple syrup
- 1 pinch Eden Sea Salt
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
or coconut flakes - 1 tsp Eden Ground Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp Eden Cinnamon
- 2 tsp orange zest
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts, (pecans, walnuts, pistachios, almonds, etc.) for garnish
Directions
Place the oat flakes, soymilk, juice, maple syrup and sea salt in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer until the oats become thick, about 5 to 7 minutes. Stir the coconut, turmeric, cinnamon, orange zest, and vanilla and simmer another 1 minute or so.
