Place the oat flakes, soymilk, juice, maple syrup and sea salt in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer until the oats become thick, about 5 to 7 minutes. Stir the coconut, turmeric, cinnamon, orange zest, and vanilla and simmer another 1 minute or so.
