Mixed Olive Tapenade

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups mixed pitted olives, (green, black, Kalamata, etc.)
  • 5 cloves garlic, roasted
  • 1/4 cup roasted red peppers (oil or water packed), chopped
  • 2 Tbsp capers, rinsed
  • 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/8 tsp Eden Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Place all ingredients except the olive oil in a food processor or blender and pulse 2 to 3 times. Scrape down the sides, drizzle with olive oil and pulse until a coarse paste. Serve as a spread on crackers, toast, bread, sandwiches, or as a party / tapas appetizer dip.
