Ingredients
- 15 oz Eden Cannellini Beans, do not drain
or Eden Great Northern Beans - 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Eden Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Eden Cumin
- 1 tsp dried cilantro
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced
- 1 Tbsp EDEN Roasted Sesame Tahini
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth and creamy. Spread on bread or bagels, or use as a dip for vegetables, chips, or crackers.
