Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup parsley springs, minced
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 Tbsp organic maple syrup, or to taste
- 2 Tbsp chopped shallots or red onion
- 2 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Eden Ume Plum Vinegar
- 4 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp Eden Black Pepper
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse several seconds until smooth. To store, refrigerate in a tightly sealed glass container.
