Preheat the oven to 400°. Combine all dry ingredients and dulse in a medium mixing bowl. Combine all wet ingredients in a measuring cup, stir and let sit for 5 minutes to form soy buttermilk. Combine wet and dry ingredients and form into a ball of dough. Roll out dough and cut into triangular shapes. Lightly oil a baking sheet. Place the scones on the sheet and brush the top of each with olive oil. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. Remove and serve with Eden Apple Butter, Apple Cherry Butter, Cherry Butter or your favorite spread.
