• 1/2 cup Eden Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
• 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced
• 3 Tbsp scallions
• 2 tsp Eden Umeboshi Paste
• 1/2 cup water
Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor, and puree until creamy. Serve over steamed or blanched vegetables, salads, or as a low fat, pesto sauce over any Eden Pasta or Traditional Japanese Noodles
