• 1 cup buttercup or butternut squash, remove seeds and cube, do not peel
• 1/4 tsp Eden Sea Salt
Place all ingredients in a saucepan, cover and bring to a boil. Reduce the flame to medium-low and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until the squash is tender. Uncover and cook on high until most of the liquid has evaporated.
