• 4 organic corn tortillas
or hard shell tacos
• 1 large organic tomato, sliced or diced
• 1 cup shredded lettuce
• 14.5 ounces Eden Kidney Bean & Kamut Chili
or any Eden Chili
Heat tortillas in a tortilla warmer or covered casserole dish in a 400° oven until warm, 5 to 7 minutes. While the tortillas are warming, heat the chili in a small saucepan. Remove tortilla, spoon a even amount of chili into each tortilla and top with tomato and lettuce.
Hard taco shells can be substituted for soft shell tortillas.
