• 15 ounces Eden Curried Rice & Lentils, or Moroccan Rice & Garbanzo Beans
• 3 whole wheat pita pockets
• 3 romaine lettuce leaves
• 1/2 cup red radishes, thin sliced
• 1 medium cucumber, sliced
• 2 tsp Eden Roasted Sesame Tahini
Preheat oven to 350°. Heat pita pockets for 5 minutes. While pita pockets are heating, place curried rice and lentils in skillet and heat. Remove pita, slice in half, and place equal amounts of rice, lettuce, red radishes, and cucumber in each pocket. Drizzle a bit of Eden Roasted Sesame Tahini before serving.
