• 1/2 cup Eden Wild Rice
• 1 1/2 cups water
• 1 pinch Eden Sea Salt
Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan, cover and bring to a boil. Reduce the flame to medium-low and simmer for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove the cover, turn up the flame and simmer another 5 minutes or until all remaining liquid has evaporated.
