Serves 3 | Prep Time 5 minutes | Cook Time 20 minutes
• 1/2 cup Eden Buckwheat
• 1 cup water
• 1 pinch Eden Sea Salt
• 1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Place water and sea salt in a medium heavy saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the buckwheat, cover and reduce the flame to low. Simmer for 20 minutes. Turn off the flame and let sit for 5 minutes. Place in a serving bowl and garnish with parsley.
Any Eden Gomasio or Eden Shake can be sprinkled on individual servings as a garnish.
