4 cups water
4 packets Eden Genmaicha Tea
4 Tbsp Eden Agar Agar Flakes
1/4 cup organic maple syrup
1 pinch Eden Sea Salt
Place water and agar agar flakes in a saucepan and soak for 20 minutes. Add the maple syrup and sea salt to the saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce flame to low, add tea bags and allow to steep 2 to 3 minutes. Remove bags and discard. Pour into a shallow dish and refrigerate to gel. Slice into squares or scoop out and serve.
