4 ounces Eden Dried Cranberries, 1 bag
4 ounces Eden Dried Montmorency Cherries, 1 bag, coarsely chopped
2 cups Eden Apple Juice
1 pinch Eden Sea Salt
2 Tbsp Eden Kuzu Root Starch, dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water
Place all ingredients except the kuzu in a medium saucepan, cover and bring to a boil. Reduce the flame to low and simmer for 15 minutes. Dissolve kuzu and slowly add it to the fruit, stirring constantly until thick. Serve room temperature of refrigerate to cool.
