• 1 cup water
• 1 1/2 tsp Eden Genmai Miso, or to taste
or any Eden Miso
• 2 tsp water, for dissolving miso
• 1/2 tsp Eden Wakame Flakes
• 1 Tbsp scallions, finely chopped
Place water and wakame in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the flame to low. Puree the miso with 2 teaspoons water. Add the miso and scallions. Simmer 2 minutes and serve.
