• 30 ounces Eden Butter Beans, 2 cans, do not drain
• 1 1/2 cups water
• 1 cup cabbage, chopped
• 1/2 cup onion, diced
• 1/2 cup carrots, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 tsp Eden Sea Salt, or to taste
• 1/4 tsp Eden Black Pepper, or to taste
• 1 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced for garnish
Place all ingredients except the parsley in a sauce pan, cover and bring to a boil. Reduce flame and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove and garnish with parsley before serving.
