• 1/2 tsp Eden Sea Salt
• 2 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 Tbsp Eden Red Wine Vinegar, or Brown Rice Vinegar
• 1/4 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
• 1/4 tsp Eden Cumin Powder
• 1/4 tsp Eden Paprika Powder
• 1 1/4 cups carrots, coarsely grated
• 2 1/4 cups cabbage, finely shredded
• 1/2 cup Eden Dried Montmorency Cherries, chopped
or Eden Dried Wild Blueberries, Eden Dried Cranberries, or organic seedlesss raisins
• 1 Tbsp fresh parsley, finely minced
• 2 ounces Eden Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
or coarsely chopped Eden Tamari Roasted Almonds
Mix the first six ingredients together. Place the carrots, cabbage, raisins and parsley in a serving bowl. Pour the dressing over and toss to evenly mix. Serve room temperature or chill.
